This is the same kit in different versions. I converted it from FM26 to FM24, and then to PES2019. The result isn't satisfactory. It would be best to redo everything from FM26 to PES2019 to avoid the transfer process to FM24 and the resulting loss of quality.

Hello, the "action" should work even on versions older than 2019.

I'm glad you found an interesting activity. I'm also not sure what you're talking about regarding the script, as I haven't worked on PES21 yet.
 

Regarding the conversion, I could do it for free if I find the time. The problem, however, is that the 3D kits for PES don't have collars, and that would require some thought. Therefore, the script you have may not be perfect for collars, and the details in PES are much greater.
 

If you're new to Photoshop and want to create your own unique work in this program, it's best to spend some time learning how to use it first, because doing something in bulk can be irritating in the long run.

Generally speaking, the "FM 26 to FM 24" Photoshop action works the same way as the "FM24 to FM26" action.

Hello again. I previously created a Photoshop action to transfer jerseys from FM24 to FM26. Now I've created an action that transfers jerseys from FM26 to FM24, as some players are still playing FM24. I might expand this file a bit.

INSTRUCTIONS
Double-click Layer 3. File - Place Embedded... (this is where we'll place our FM26 kit), then close and save Layer 3. Next, load the action file as shown in the image above. Click Action 7 and click the PLAY button (the triangle next to the circle). Once the action is complete, go to File - Export - Export Ass and save everything as a PNG. Best regards, and have fun!

 

Of course they clash. Unfortunately, the file names now have to be different for 2D and 3D. If you overdub and don't delete the ones you don't want, there's a display problem.

I calculated that making the 5th level of the game is about 600~ outfits.

I've already written on this topic that I won't be managing the 5th-level league. These are leagues from every voivodeship. I managed seven leagues in total (from the Ekstraklasa to the 3rd league in Group 4) in about four months. Managing all the voivodeship leagues on my own would be excessive, so you really have to appreciate what's there.

Apparently, I assigned the home and away teams incorrectly. I'll wait until more players have submitted feedback before updating... because there are so many kits.

If this bothers you, you can swap the home and away teams for now or change the color of the numbers and names in the editor.

It's unlikely, unfortunately I don't have that much processing power 🙂

I updated the Polish 3rd league (4th league) with 4 groups. I transferred some kits, some that didn't change, and some I created from scratch using new templates. Regards.

I tried various ways, I changed the file format from png, uploaded it in CMYK color, wrote with the gpt chat and wrote on the unity forums, unfortunately I haven't found an answer so far... I don't want to speculate now about what could be the cause, but it's worth waiting until tomorrow and using the Resource Archiver

You have to read all the posts and watch the video to do it correctly. I can't help everyone because I don't have enough time. The first post I edited has a link to the English version of the file. You need to have Photoshop in English and watch the video. If this is your first time using Photoshop and you don't know how to use this program, it's better to give up. Besides, the most important thing is not to transfer already converted kits from PES and that the long sleeves have the sleeve ends in the right place.

The 3D costumes missing from the game will need to be unlocked with the official release of the full game and after purchasing the editor.

I've already released a pack with these kits for FM26. I just had to create a thread on this forum and add the download file. The thread had to be in the correct location.
