In fairness it was a bit of a cointoss because both are perfectly fine. You can use it in your save very easily, by downloading it and overwriting the cut in your megapack folder.

How much older is it? Because if it's from around the same time as the Euro cut, then there's no real need for it imo.

I see. Isn't as old as I thought it was so probably no need.

Essentially identical to the current very recent and identical cut @tedl1_, so this one doesn't need to be done again just yet.

Cool, thanks. Btw do you have the power to make his euro face cut-out active? Because his active cut is older than the euro one which is a more recent and imo better picture of him.
