Is it possible to change Pedri's natural position to defensive midfielder and improve his general PA, specially the defensive ones? It's incredible that the best defensive midfielder in the world can't even play there. He's been playing the whole year at a double DM with Casadó or De Jong. Except sometimes with Spanish national team, he's not an attacking midfielder anymore, and of course you will never see him as an inverted winger again. He's the player with most recoveries this year, and he still has horrible defensive attributes. Olmo and De Jong are still better than him, despite he's much better than both.

Could somebody please change it? It is frustrating that there are constant updates on transfers but no one notices the essential aspects of what has been the best team in the world this year by far, and I'm not even a Barça supporter. If you choose to play a carrer with Barça, Pedri will be a substitue and won't even be able to play in his actual natural position, when he should be the best in the world in that role, without a doubt. Playing with De Jong and Pedri in midfield is suicidal, when they have been the most solid midfield pairing this season.

Joan García, Espanyol's goalkeaper, is right now the best in La Liga, with 25M € release clause and 191 cm tall. In the last update he's still 181 cm, totally rubbish player and with a higher release clause. Barça is about to sign him and probably they'll sell Ter Stegen. He should be better than every GK but Courtois and Oblak.

Also, Araujo's level has plummeted, which should be reflected in his attributes.

  1. Maybe they're afraid in comparison with better players in a better league they're going to look bad. They were top of the league and now they look like a bunch of future relegated. Besides if I was on holiday with my gf and now I have to train again, I would be pissed off too.
  2. Bureaucratic shit just happens in real life and it's a funny part of the game learn how to deal with it (see Dani Olmo inscription drama)
  3. Dynamic improvement gives kind of realism, the evolution curve of real players is not always a straight line upwards. See Dembelé from Dortmund to Barça and then PSG, or Balotelli's career. Just give him time.
  4. That's an easy one: just click on Employees > Responsibilities and take care of every loan and transfer decision from youth teams.
  5. I had a 19-year-old substitute right full back to whom I didn't pay much attention and that he played from time to time and suddenly the next time I compared him to my other players, he was not only the best center back on my team, but the best in the world.

    I played with Hércules (H. Alicante) and promoted from 3rd division to 2nd (year 1), from 2nd to 1st (year 2), permanence (year 3), Conference League (year 4), Europa League (year 5) and Champions League (year 6). For me, the game is so easy that gets boring after ten seasons. I won 6 consecutive trebles with Valencia. In 24 seasons I have as many Champions League titles as Real Madrid. This game needs time, I have more than 7k hours on it and tried so many tactics that finally found a exploit.

Joan García (Espanyol) should be the best goalkeaper in La Liga after Courtois and Oblak, and he's 191 cm, not 181. The best one playing with feet, by far. Also, his release clause is €25M, not €39M.

Pedri is the best DM in the world, but in the last update he still can't even play there. He's the player who has recovered the most balls this season, so his defensive stats should be better than, for example, Bellingham. He should be slightly higher in every technical stat, of course much better than Olmo or De Jong. Much better than every player but Yamal or Mbappé, to be honest. Bellingham almost never played as DM (I would bet never in Real Madrid). Pedri is not an offensive midfielder anymore, not even a winger. He's a clear defensive midfielder with great organizational skills, for sure the best in the world in that role.
