hello mons, i modified the italian serie d and italian eccellenza names: because the D. in the name is for "Dilettantistica" (amateur) and is used only for a team in the italian semipro league (Serie D and other)

after the promotion in Serie C, professional league, the D is deleted, an example: Palermo SSD after promotion in Serie C renamed Palermo SS

i modified all the d, after this if you want i link my job.
