Before doing further cutting I would recommend you to read this thread. On topo of the overly blue colors your cut has snow around the entire cut. Try also uploading the cuts on to sites that retain the filename.

I believe that it would quite quickly flood the forum with more requests than the cutters can handle. I personally think that having some kind of limit for request is good to not get overwhelmed by all the requests. Whether the limit of 3 request at a time is good or not, I don't know.

What exactly are you trying to say? That's one request with three different source images of the same person to choose from so I don't really know what your point is.

Maximum of three request per thread at any given time. Once your request is filled delete the source image from the original request and you are free to make another request. The rule is there so the forum doesn't get flooded with unfinished requests I believe.
And as a side note to mons and cutters: I still haven't found time to do cuttings lately and the little time I have had I've spent doing other things. so sorry about that. I'm sure I'll get some done sooner or later. I'm constantly checking the forum to stay on track what's going on though.

What's up with all your bad requests and post. I think I haven't seen a single good request or post by you. First of all, the current cut is very good and secondly your cut has a white border around it... And it wouldn't be an improvement anyway.
EDIT: Your request of Willian ain't improvement either...

There's quite a bit wrong with the current MP image as it's overly blue and has a good amount of snow around his hair. Too bad that HQ image was so old since it's so high quality.
I was able to do this with the current cut, but it still doesn't look natural to me. Better than the current cut though.

Dude... Cuts should always have some collar visible if possible (aka unless it's a missing cut and the source image doesn't have any collar visible or the existing image is just terrible) and your cut is 227x207px so it's not even resized to 180x180px as it should. Here's my cut and I also fixed the contrast a little.

At least Photoshop asks if you want to use compression when you are saving in a png format. It reduces the file size to about half, which in case cut outs is around 50kB.

They are quite good and don't need that much of improvement to be honest. As BajaHater said, crop the images so there's very little empty area left on top and there was also a little bit of snow left on the first two images. Those are easily fixed with the Clone Stamp Tool though. Just lock transparent pixels and use Clone Stamp tool in Darken mode to darken that little bit of snow and you are good to go really. There was a little bit of leftovers from the background too, which ain't very visible in 180x180 pixels, but generally speaking you should zoom in and check if there's some. There's a lot around the head in the second cut (can be seen on a dark background), altough it can't be seen very well in a smaller size. You also want to rotate the image if the head is tilted sideways.
Here's an example from your mix pack. The second one is a bit fuzzy because I had to overscale it after croping the empty space, but I suppose you get the point.

I disagree it looking worse (although it definitely doesn't look good) and this one just looks really bad to me (no offense <3). This time I sharpened your original cut instead of doing a cut from another source and I think it looks a lot better now:

Note: My graphics card broke last Sunday and I'm using my old card until I get the new one on next Monday or Tuesday. I can't be arsed to calibrate my monitors until I get the new card so I haven't bothered with cutting either (the colors with this card seems to be a bit off, since I haven't calibrated it).
