Not an improvement and it has snow around the hair. Your cut of Sahin has plenty of snow as well just like those two I already recut. So read the guide about getting snow free cuts found from this forums, please.

Remove the part after .png in the URL and you'll get the png's. Although it should be the one posting the links to do that.

There's already a better quality cut and a shirt alone is no reason to get a lower quality cut done. Besides, if you wan't any of your requests to be taken seriously then I'd recommend you to read the first post of this thread and follow the rules when posting a request.

No need. I already did the cut. Generally speaking a beard alone is not a reason for a new cut if the old one is already high quality though. He could shave it tomorrow and it would be old again.
edit: Or this one where I added some neck inside his shirt so it looks better in a small picture.

Yeah I guess. I hate those very bad cuts myself, but they can always be removed manually when needed anyway so I suppose they won't hurt :3

I wonder if such a low quality image should be even added or if the wrong picture just should be removed till a better picture can be found? Something isn't always better than nothing, but that's just my opinion.

You just don't learn do you? I have completed your request for Graziano Pelle and you STILL haven't learned to remove the picture from the original request after it's completed. Then you re-post your own request that can be found from the same page and not once, but freaking 3 times... I'm sick and tired of it.
