You are right. I must have confused him with some older user with a bad habit of making an occasional bad requests, so that's my bad and I apologize it. And I don't think that anyone is talking about banning people willy-nilly, but having a serious though when someone keeps repeating the same thing over and over. Enough of off-topic and back to cutting >

I agree with the aggressive part, but don't you think that he had already learned after 400 or so posts if it was ever gonna happen? I don't want to be rude, but it doesn't seem that this guy ever learns even though he's been told what to do and what to read for so many times. There are rules that people should follow when posting on this thread and if someone just absolutely can't do that then they shouldn't be posting here at all. I realize that new users do mistakes and they need to be advised, but he's not exactly new anymore... If we let him keep posting this bad requests after so many months of doing so, then I question why we even have the rules in the first place since it doesn't seem like anyone needs to follow them anyway.

I don't know what I've been smoking when I "fixed" the colors last time (or actually messed up the gamma big time). The original is overly red, but that "fix" of mine is absolutely horrible and this one should finally be a good one...

In most cases I didn't touch the brightness at all. Most of them had their colors way off and I simply can't stand cuts that are overly yellow, red or whatever it is. And that has nothing to do with your cuts. I just know that you don't usually do anything about the colors in your cuts and that's why I've done some color fixes for your cuts. That's something mons would've probably done before adding them to the MP anyway and I know that my monitor is calibrated by hardware device so I may as well help him with that.
edit: And I'm not trying to be disrespectful to anyone. I'm just looking to get the best possible cuts for the MP even from the very bad source images.

That's a very small and low quality source you provided. It's impossible to get the hair details into cut, but here's my effort. Had to upscale it from 120x120 pixels too so it's even fuzzier than it otherwise would be.
And as a side note, I've been quite "busy" during the summer time but I think I'll be able to do more cuts soon.

You need to work on the edges quite a bit. Always check the cuts on dark and bright background to see how the edges are. There's a nice tool for Photoshop linked in the first post of this thread to do just that. You can also clean the collar a bit to make it look better. Here's what I mean:
As you can see your cut has plenty of white snow and some red hue around the edges. There's guides for that in the first post and I would recommend you reading/watching them.
And finally here's a cut I made from the same source so you can compare to it while learning. I didn't do anything about the colors, but they are quite okay by default and that's not something you should worry about right now as it's another more advanced thing to learn once you have learned the basics.

I would recommend using direct links instead of hotlinks. I personally use postimg.org, which also retains the file name, which is a huge plus when dealing with cuts (as you should always use the player id as the filename). And you can create a free account and have all your cuts in one place if you happen to need them later for any other use.

The last one is definitely the best color wise, but there's still some snow left. And why are those in jpeg format? I couldn't even open them in photoshop before changing them to png's and I'm not quite sure if FM can even handle such weird jpegs.
