I don't know what it looks like on your screen, but it looks natural on mine and both of my screens are still hardware calibrated. In the end it's all the same to me since I'm unlikely to see the player in game anyway

Well that's the reason and pirated version of the game is not supported here. There is no reason not to have the latest patch if you have a legal copy of the game.

I mean that you should read the first post of this thread and especially the part under the first spoiler. And on top of the image not being an improvement you didn't even give a direct link to the image.

Good cut, but you should always try to get some collar visible if it's possible. There's a good guide in the guide thread, which shows how to move the collar if someone has a long neck. Did some minor sharpening too.

What I did was that I just cut the shoulder off, rotated it a little and then put it a pixel or two under the main layer. I also improved the contrast a little and changed the color of his shoulders to match the neck since it looked weird after relocating his shoulder.
That's not really necessary though, but something I would personally do since it looks better to me.

You just don't get it do you? mons already told you that those images are not improvements just like 99 out of 100 images from uefa.com are not and there is still a limit of three requests at a time per thread. It can't be that hard to follow the rules.

Firstly you should use the "new request" button, which can be found from top and bottom of each page. Secondly you should give a direct link to the image and not to the page which contains it. And finally, no cut can be found on that ID so either it's wrong, the player is not in the current DB or it's missing. This is not the correct thread for the request anyway.

Most of them are from the last summers WC photo shoot so around half a year old. By all means, if you can find a recent source image that is the same or better quality as the current cuts, give us links to them and someone will get them done. Those images you posted are nowhere near the quality required. Just because the picture is a little newer doesn't make it better...

Talking about the existing MP images, the 4.06 version is certainly better than the 5.08 version. It has more hair detail, is sharper since it's not overscaled like the 5.08 version and just generally looks better.
