Sorry I can't really advise without more information. What issue are you having? It's just File > Load Data and then locate your files.

 

When I load the database all I get is the original teams and not the updated teams.

I have added the latest data update from the site and it works like a dream so thanks for that. 
 

I can’t seem to find a way to edit that data with the PGE. I am trying to move half a dozen Scottish teams into the lower leagues in England but with the updated squads.
