The people who work on the Metallic logopack are not the same people who work on the cutout megapack, and the processes are a bit different.

if you scroll down you will see the torrent for the fm19 base pack. You will need to download and apply all 11 updates to be up to date. There will be a new torrent shortly after the new fm20 v.1 of the metallic logo pack is released. We only update torrent once a year.

But the Cut Out Player Faces Megapack is uploaded and upgraded, don't?

So... How use the people downloard the files? one by one during a week?
