Montella (Fiorentina's coach) wants to coach Napoli at some point. I'd very much doubt Mancini would go to Fiorentina though, and I'd assume Napoli would prefer Mancini to Montella. Guess it could work.

£5 on Dunfermline 1/1 when leading 2-1 to qualify for the next round.
£5 of that on Wigan to win at 15/2 so winning £37.50.

I reckon I'm on a profit for the year but I haven't been keeping count, though I definitely should.

Spunked a fair bit of that on Catania tonight. £20 on Catania -1 (8/11) and £15 on Catania 2-0 (11/2). Probably a mistake.

Milan 2-0 up against Pescara. Balotelli got the first from a penalty, and he's got 10 goals in 11 games - which is his highest Serie A return. Great record.

Means the Champion's League place looks too hard to get to for Fiorentina but the Europa League is still in their hands.

Yup, nothing about a 16 SPL. Just one governing body and play-offs introduced between the SPL and the second tier. Everything else is more behind-the-scenes.

Glad it's been approved. I've always wanted play-offs in all the divisions or no play-offs at all. Just so happens that they change the whole thing again when we get promoted.

At an U17s game between Rangers and Celtic last night at Firhill, seats were ripped off, sectarian songs were sang, flares were thrown and coins were launched at players. There were also fights outside the ground.

It was quite hilarious. He was drinking a can of coke but I'm pretty confident he wasn't drinking that ten minutes before we saw him. He's completely fucked up his footballing career and he looks like a complete dickhead.

He's one of those players you just don't want to see retire and I love how he's been at Roma for his whole career. He'll always go down as one of the greats and it's remarkable how he's still going.
