As far as I can see, the only changes are the inclusion of a file named italy.dbc in the dbc/permanent folder, which can be deleted, and the creation of a folder named all within the lnc folder, which can also be deleted.

 

Deleting these two or, even easier, re-downloading and re-installing the fix again should be enough. Doesn't need to be tweaked at all, just re-applied.

Not the case at all. Just download this fix and install it, as is, and the fixes should work in your existing save.

 

Done, but Milan and Inter are playing in the Campionato Primavera 2 and Campionato Primavera 3 respectively.

In Serie A TIM, Citta di Gela and Vastese are replacing them. This is beyond BIZARRE!

I was a very excited (finally) with my save, but with this pathetic update it was ruined. Now my current save is affected by these problems that can only be resolved with a new save.
