Not surprising really, Flash posts quicker than a flash of lighting.

I get your point, I was merely setting out the legal point of view. They should bother themselves when there's an obvious threat though, like Nick Griffin posting a gay couple's address online

Why? He's the closest America have had to a welfare statist, and you're a Labour supporter if I recall correctly..

I was merely joking, from Franck's comment. I like FDR in reality.

Government shouldn't get involved with Twitter insults, Twitter are a private company and any horrible users who aren't reprimanded for posting sick shit in the long-term are the responsibility of Twitter moderators.

What you say on Twitter is the same as what you say on the street, in a legal sense. Say something illegal in public, and you'll get arrested, so don't expect any different on the internet. Basic common sense, to be honest.

He did indeed.

Was more to do with Franck's moderating style. To say I was deliberately being racist is more than ridiculous.

And me, there never used to be any crowd trouble in the old days. None at all.

When I was younger, I knew little better. But now, I know that the vast majority who actually go to football games are of the vile EDL-supporting underclass scum. At least, matches that cost under £35 to get into, and those who can't get into the matches just vent their hate-fuelled vomit on the internet by expressing their 'expert opinion' on football using strawman arguments.

Well, Obama has a shiny, balding head, and Romney's hair isn't shiny at all, which is weird since he's 65. So.. they're both shits, but to say Obama is a shit would be bordering on racism.

He's so boring. His face is dull, his voice is dull. He's a dull actor, and yet he's seen as the 'perfect East End hard-man'.

I used to have a Windows 98. But then it got to 2002 and I thought, wait a minute, I need to update my computer. It was working perfectly fine, it met its specifications perfect. But, I wanted a new computer. So, we went out and got an XP. I could have kept the 98, but we didn't, because we wanted to move onto bigger and brighter things.

But I don't agree with progress for progress' sake -- it has to be worthwhile and have a point. For instance, I didn't go for a Vista when it came out. I thought, no. My computer's running fine, I don't need a Vista. It didn't meet up in a cost:benefit ratio, I'm afraid. Just the matter of facts.

But when 7 came out, I thought, you know what? I skipped Vista, but maybe 7's good for me? So I now have a 7. But don't go thinking that once 8 comes out, I'm trading in this 7 for an 8. No. I'll wait a couple of years, then consider upgrading. Seriously, progress is great when you think it through, not run into rash decisions for the sake of it.

I'm predicting that Tucker could be on the receiving end of a serious arse-fucking with this inquiry, it's a long-time coming. And re Tucker, he's the bad guy that everyone seems to love, though they're supposed to hate. But I agree with you TS, tonight he was quite a cunt to both Nicola and Glenn.

Not cigarettes but drink when we could get it, though it was often just a 6 pack in the park between a couple of us then trying to act sober when we went into the disco. Not sure why you 'pity my upbringing', pretty much everybody I know despite being from vastly different backgrounds in some cases, started experimenting with alcohol around 13/14.

Must be something unique to others. I didn't start drinking alcohol until I was 15, and to be honest, not sure how well my stomach and liver would cope with booze at 13. Then again, I live a tame, sheltered lifestyle. I've tried cannabis, but I didn't inhale, sort of thing.

I did something similar to a friend ages ago. Basically, he kept annoying me so I put up his MSN address on one of those shady 'find contacts' sites, advertising him as gay. He got about fifty adds, all from terrifying homosexuals.

Not sure why anyone would particularly want to watch this, sheer curiosity I guess. The benefit is that it makes getting up in the morning for a boring, cold, wet bus journey in perspective.

I've been picked on, but never seriously bullied. To be honest, I was clever enough to get one or two of the more popular kids to like me and just hang around with them enough that if anyone did try bullying me, they'd have to get through the popular kids first, who by and large defended me if it got ugly though. Having plastic surgery helps though.

Three episodes left, I think. Then that's it. Gone. Finished. Over. Forever. I'm pretty sure that this is the final series, anyway. I'll have to find someone else to fill the Malcolm Tucker-size hole in my life afterwards. Or wait until the next Ianucci work, or however the guy's name is spelled.

Both Alonso and Vettel looking for their third titles, hmm, going to be a very exciting end to the season, probably go all the way. Also, interesting result for Massa - if he manages to stay on the podium for the remaining races, it could possibly save his seat at Ferrari.

It sounds like a school disco when you were 13...

You had booze and cigarettes at school discos when you were 13? Wow, I pity your upbringing..
