Try generating a new config file automatically using this program. A clear guide on how to use the program can be found here, but it's really rather easy.

Backup your original config file, just in case!

I have an iMac and cannot extract is it a PC only file?

Hi, not sure if allowed but would like to add a new face to your megapack. I have the png and have put it in the folder (180 x 180), I have amended the config file too. BUT, when I load the game all the faces in the game pack do not appear. When I take out the additional line I have added in the config, they all work again? My player ID is correct and I have double and triple checked the spelling etc. Any idea's?
