You can check your notifications to see which images were rejected. You can also filter your submission to include those of yours which were rejected. I usually give a reason, but there's a limit to how much I can keep repeating the same thing only to be ignored.

This is specifically addressed in the guidelines to uploading images:
If you are requesting an image for a person who already has a cut in the megapack, please make sure that the source you are uploading will produce an improvement. We don't consider a newer image to be automatically an improvement since we also take quality of source and cut into consideration. If the current megapack cut is recent and similar in look (check on his/her timeline before uploading an image), there is little added value in cutting another source for the person. Just because a source image is more recent than that in the MP does not automatically mean it's an improvement. It's better to have a slightly older image in the MP if it is of better quality. Ask yourself, is it really an improvement to the existing MP image? If it's the same face and hairstyle with just this season's new kit, it's probably just an alternative. Please keep in mind that we have a limited number of cutters and hundreds of thousands of images in the megapack, so we can't update them every few months or so.
