Have you changed the preferences as per the screenshot in the main post of this thread?

If yes and it still ain't working, please upload a screenshot of your faces folder.

I believe Ajax has some default faces with the game so you're probably seeing them rather than anything from this pack.



I have the same problem. I only get a few pictures of some players
