#322711 Gendo, We're Coming For You - A Dan & Shedender BSC Succession Save
Shedender
Completely undeserved but goals from Jordan Stewart and Daryll Meggatt saw us beat Premiership strugglers Kilmarnock at home in the Scottish Cup fourth round - Meggatt's winner at McDiarmid Park arriving three minutes from time. Our reward for the win is a fifth round home tie against Premiership high-flyers Dundee.

A chance to go top of the table as Dundee United lost at mid-table Dunfermline, but we decided to lose 2-1 at home to play-off chasing Forfar. David Wotherspoon bagged our goal on thirteen minutes and despite going overload for the final fifteen minutes, we couldn't get a deserved equaliser.

Lawrence Shankland's goal on the stroke of half time gave us a deserved win at struggling Livingston as we continue to keep the pressure on leaders Dundee United.

BARCLAYS PREMIER LEAGUE - MATCH DAY THREE
Completely battered at St. James' Park but a Vernon Anita goal, eleven minutes from time gave us an undeserved draw.

BARCLAYS PREMIER LEAGUE - MATCH DAY TWO
Superb win at a tough venue. Andros Townsend and Aleksandar Mitrovic on target at St. Mary's.

Ha @bmg033 I didn't want to sound 'over-confident' so six months is the limit, if I haven't been chopped by then, I'm a success.
BARCLAYS PREMIER LEAGUE - MATCH DAY ONE
Aleksandar Mitrovic marked his Premier League debut with a treble. Georginio Wijnaldum was also on target at St. James' against Watford in this 4-1 win as we took our chances. It's a promising start but of course I expect the team to improve as the season progresses.

Earlier in Football Manager 2016 I started a career with my local side Bangor but fourteen seasons down the line and failure to turn professional - chairman kept declining every single time I proposed it - meant I had lost interest in the career and subsequently ended it. It was quite a successful career as I won almost everything domestically, bar the Intermediate Cup iirc but I also won the Premiership title against the odds which I was delighted with.
But now I am back with another career as I'm planning on managing another one of my beloved, Newcastle United and I'll be using not just the Real Name Fix but I'll also be using Susie's Update and the winter update which was released a while back.
This is the information screen for Newcastle and they're predicted to finish the campaign in twelfth position and I'm sure that can be bettered (slightly) due to the signings the football club has made in real life.
Newcastle are nicknamed The Magpies for obvious reasons, they've a National reputation and aren't in any European competition this season due to finishing last season in seventeenth position, a 2-0 home win over West Ham on the final day saving them from the drop. They've impressive training facilities and great youth facilities so I'm hoping we'll get a bit of talent coming through.
I've decided to load up the following nations - England, Brazil, France, Germany, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain and I've also decided to load all divisions from those seven countries as I will look for talent. It's the first time I've managed a 'big' club on Football Manager 2016 so I expect myself to be sacked within the first six months.
And finally here's a picture of the finest football manager in the United Kingdom as 'Shedender' will take the reigns at St. James' Park until the end of the current campaign but I'm hoping it's going to be a long-term save. As per usual, I will start on the reputation of a Sunday League Footballer and with zero coaching badges and I'm 'praying' that won't be a major issue. I'm yet to decide on whether I'm going to maintain my 'traditional' 4231 formation or use two up top.
As for updates, I'm going to do game-by-game just like our succession game which has seemingly ended.

Doncaster are in some retched form at the moment, iirc it's zero or one win in the last ten or something like that so you should be confident in picking up maximum points. Now that I've posted this, I expect Doncaster to win quite easily and you to want me banned from Susie permanently.

I'm actually on Twitter myself but truth be told, the last tweet I actually posted was back in September of last year, over six months ago. Even though I'm also on it, sometimes I can't be fucked with Facebook either. I've always preferred forums myself.
And that's quite frustrating so it is.

To be fair, relegation is looking quite likely so you can throw a party if it happens.

And that's Newcastle's problem since . . . . . . ?
You should be hating on Yedlin for being such a tool and taking a foul throw in the first place, not an entire football club

Newcastle: Eliot, Janmaat, Mbemba, Lascelles, Colback, Sissoko, Shelvey, Townsend, Wijnaldum, Perez, Mitrovic
Subs: Anita, Cisse, de Jong, Saivet, Darlow, Taylor, Riviere
Glad Taylor's not playing as he was poor enough (in my opinion at least) against Leicester on Monday night, still not confident though in picking up a point, never mind three but I'd love to be proved wrong - cannot go seven straight defeats against Sunderland, would be a massive blow.
Just seen we actually haven't beaten Sunderland since August 2011 when Ryan Taylor scored the winner.

And we dominated the derby earlier in the season but somehow we lost 3-0 when we should've won convincingly. Of course the red card (which was later reminded?) played a massive part at 0-0 but still . . .
Really hope we can end the drought against this lot and pick up much needed maximum points but I'm not overly confident.

Then again, no one would've been stupid enough to appoint him in the first place, especially considering how he bottled potential promotion with Derby last season. Would love for him to be gone before the trip to Leicester next Monday but I doubt that'll happen and even if we was to go, who'd come in to replace him?
