Not started the new season yet, I can't watch Dexter week by week, it needs to be 3-4 episodes at once.. if not the entire season.

Conte might get his ban reduced to 4 months if his latest appeal is sucessful meaning he'll be back on the bench in early December. Seems we'll find out the verdict on Monday.

Hopefully so, it's pathetic he's been given the ban he has.

Not that Juve have really suffered in his absence so far.

Well either her boyfriend knows about us messaging each other, or she's done something else. Said she's got a lot of shit to sort out with him and she'd talk to me at work.

This is going to be horrible.

Think I'm done with all this.

Just tell her that while she continues to have a boyfriend you've got no interest in being that person. It's then up to her to either ditch the boyfriend or discontinue whatever interest she has in you.

Let her make the choice. All you need to do is keep yourself out of whatever is going on between her and the boyfriend until whatever comes of that.

Important win against Le Arse.

With United playing Sp*rs and currently Citeh losing, could be a nice little buffer starting to separate us up the top.

Up the Chels!

Worse than which Chelsea player as every one of the cunts was doing it, then holding the supposed injury before getting up and carrying on when realising a foul hadn't been giving.

Tissue?

1-2, enjoy it.

Jenkinson's dive was worse, Cole didn't even touch him haha.

Get fucking in!

Good result and just what was needed. Another good performance by Ramires in the middle, good to see RDM cotton onto the fact Lampard isn't suited to that role against good sides with quick midfields.

Why was Terry's fine so much higher then?

Apparently it's based on wage income or something.

I've never actually seen any of the LOTR films.

I think it's the length of them that has put me off. Really need to get onto them.

Anyone got a video of the Mulumbu tackle on Henderson, how he stayed on the pitch is beyond me

I'm just guessing here, but probably because the ref didn't send him off.

Just watched the Chelsea vs Wolves game, probably one of the most one sided games I've seen in sometime.

Was good to see the likes of Piazon, Cesar, Moses, Romeu, etc get some good minutes under their belts though. Good confidence boost for the Arsenal game.

Also hope this ends Ramires playing on the wing, he was yet again brilliant centrally.

I don't understand why noise cancelling earphones aren't viable for day-to-day use.

If I'm listening to music I don't want to hear anything else.

Well it's good to be able to hear what's going on around you in the city while walking to work etc. Plus, when at work, I can still hear what's going on etc.

Just comes down to personal preference really. I don't have anything against in-ears, I own a pair that I've been using in the mean time but for what I want, they aren't the most ideal type. I find being able to hear things around you as well a great benefit at times, has also spared me from undesirable situations too. I spose it just gives that extra bit of awareness of your surroundings.

Don't get anything Apple more than once because they last a maximum of 4 months. Almost anything Sony are popular with my friends, they've lasted almost a year for them and still work great.

Considering I've had these Apple earbuds for maybe 3 years now or more, with very regular use, they've lasted well. A lot of it comes simply down to how you look after your stuff.

By King Luis | Permalink | On 24 September 2012 - 00:05 AM
Who the fuck buys apple earbuds?

I want cheap earbuds, not in-ears. I was merely curious as to what other decent ones were around.

As mentioned, I've already got a decent pair of in-ears, but they're noise isolation ones and aren't really suitable for general day to day use.

Not really hard to comprehend, surely?

Cech
Petrescu - Terry - Desailly - A.Cole
Lampard - Makelele - Essien
Zola
Drogba - Hasselbaink

Subs: Cudicini, Gallas, Carvalho, Wise, Poyet, Di Matteo, Gudjohnsen

Was hard to pick midfield because I was tempted to go with the likes of Robben, Ballack etc, but went for more longer serving players.

Edit: Will do a a Juventus one later.

Nice to see Terry quitting as soon as the FA question him though, not even found him guilty yet. When you see the likes of Rio who got banned for 8 months and royally fucked over by the FA for a mistake and who got looked over for every man and his dog for the Euro's, and still hasn't quit.

He wasn't convicted in a court of law, then the FA decide to take their own action on top of that. Doing so doesn't really leave Terry in much of a position to continue to play for the NT does it. If he does, he's going to continue being hounded over everything that's happened, it's always going to remain an issue- just as it has for the FA to drag it out further. If he quits, which is the decision Terry has made, it removes that element completely from the NT. There won't be continued jabs at him for being picked, questions of if he should be there or not, etc.

It's a decision that benefits both himself and England, in terms of ending the situation and the continued jugements.

Comparing Rio and Terry's situations is liking comparing apples and oranges.

Either way, it benefits Chelsea and hopefully prolongs his club career. I'm all for that.

The FA shouldn't be taking action against him as the law found him not guilty.

This in a nut shell.

That said, shall very much benefit Chelsea with his retirement.

England will miss him and his leadership qualities on the pitch, even if they do have some decent replacement options.

Sony's MDR-series are excellent. Been using some version of them for years and I am currently using a model called MDR-EX310LP.

They're in-ear noise isolation ones, already have a good pair of those. As mentioned in OP, not overly practical for what I'm after.

By King Luis | Permalink | On 23 September 2012 - 08:21 AM

Much the same as above reply.

I chucked my Apple ones (awful) and use the ones that came with my Galaxy

Completely forgot about my Galaxy ones actually, might even just use them yet. Cheers.

Any other suggestions welcome. Again, just after something fairly cheap but decent and that will still allow me to hear the outside world.

Right, so the other day my regular iPod earbuds finally cacked it, with the left ear no longer working. I am now in the hunt for some new earbuds and am seeking some suggestions.

I'm not after anything expensive and have a preference for earbuds, for general day to day use. I already own a pair of $90 noise isolation in-ears, but they aren't really suitable when walking around the city or at work, since obviously I literally can't hear a thing once they're in.

At this stage I'm heading towards trying to find another pair of genuine iPod earbuds, if anyone else has other recommendations, shoot.

I've obtained the few couple of episodes of Sons Of Anarchy season 5 and also season 3 of Boardwalk Empire, yet to watch though. Will wait until I have a few more so I can watch them back to back.

Otherwise I should probably get the rest of the episodes out for Black Dynamite and season 3 of Eastbound & Down. The latter which has been confirmed for a 4th season now, which is good.

If Franck ever replied to my PM, the title would be changed already.

In other news, David Luiz has signed a new 5 year deal until 2017.

What Lineker said is spot on. If a Stoke player did the same challenge as Luiz there they'd have been off.

I very much doubt it.

What saved Luiz was two things: 1) It was inside his own half still. 2) It wasn't two footed.

Which is basically whoever the commentator was on the stream I was watching said.

But as Bobber said, it's was against Stoke.
