I checked also fortuna Liga (Czech Premier) i found just 2 color error:
karvina: the home kit shoul be white and the away kit shoul be yellow (now is in reverse)
Sparta Praga: the right one away kit shoul be white but now is yellow.

Some good sources here but nobody will take on a pack with 46 images. Best to split them up in more manageable packs of 10-15 images each. That way you might see somebody take them on

fixed for Cagliari ...but other 3 of them havent 3rd kits, if you know, show us pictures of them if they have 3rd kits in this 16/17 ok?
