I have tried offloading him and I have tried giving him a new contract nothing yet.

Some sad news. The promising Thai midfielder never fulfilled his true potential in my eyes. Constant injuries meant his development stagnated. Was destined for bigger things. One of my first signings with BEC.
What a man.
Stellar career.

Only thing I could do. He won't sign a deal and no one will meet the valuation, maybe Itchy will have better luck.

Ye, taken a while to upload. Rui Rei won't sign and no one will meet the valuation.

Sato's sale means we can get upgrades.
My turn was pretty uneventful.

Sold my man from Japan. Saw we had another one from Japan, same position and has the same amount of potential so got rid of him. Got a very good price for him.

Hoping when these facilities are upgraded it means we can produce some even better talent.

Was not that surprised to be honest fella. Not many European clubs on FM go after Egyptians, well in saves I have seen. Quite an untapped market for talent.
Cheers man. Ye he is quality.
So the leading clubs in Asia see us ranked 8th. Not to bad, we are seen as the third best Japanese side but I think we are more realistically fourth. It is a very tough domestic competition but on the continent Interesting to see that three of my previous clubs lie ahead of me. Most of those sides above us are beatable on their day. Only one or two generally worry me.

First season in Japan and a bit of pressure on. A successful club that needs to have confidence installed into it. The basic squad has a lot of talent but in recent times has faltered in the league and on the continent. Last season was a particularly low point for the big club so my aims for the season is to be competitive and push for the league title. Whilst competing for the league I am also looking for cup trophies. The players know what is expected and if they fail to deliver they and me will be out of the door.
We played a brand of football not really seen in Japan, high possession and unbelievable tekkers. The 5-2 victory over Gamba was very pleasing, we played some outstanding football and really could have scored more than five. The 3-0 hammering by Uwara Reds could have ruined our season, however we came away from the game determined to set the record straight. We bounced back to win four games on the bounce. Again very pleasing and thus setting the bar high for next season to go back and defend the league title.
Bossed the league from the off. To win the J1 with a points margin of 9 is pretty big. To note we also set the record for the highest points total beating the record set by the Uwara Red Diamonds some years back. We didn't have an outstanding goalscorer this season, just contributions from all over the squad.
Took the Nabisco Cup, a cup which seems does not exist anymore in real life. Took a bit longer in the final to beat S-Pulse but we came away with the win. Very pleasing, set the stall out now for the future in Japan.
Another cup win and this time one of the big ones. The Emperor's Cup is a big deal in Japan from what I have read, so to win it is a nice thing to do. Not really challenged in games here compared to that in the Nabisco Cup. Dispatched S-Pulse unlike in the other final. Pleasing and again have set the bar high for next season to win it again.
Lots and lots of boys in to ensure we have quality in all positions. A couple of Costa Ricans into the club, and one of them on a free from Al-Sadd. Cerdas not had much game time since I signed him for Al-Sadd all those years ago, so when he became available I snapped him up. He has some re-sale value. Nothing much to talk about in the transfers out, just clearing some deadwood. Lot of deals and I am hoping not to make as many as this season next.
Lots of outstanding players in the squad. The squad has a real nice blend of youngsters and experienced heads. It made my first season in Japan very easy with the squad highly driven to be the best. It was a real squad effort this season with contributions from players from all parts of the squad. Looking forward to next season in Japan.
Money is being managed and I have controlled and reduced the wage budget to ensure we are looking after the pennies. I am however not worried by the finances at the club. A chairman who is seemingly willing to put some cash in is good. I don't think he is a sugar daddy because unlike other clubs I have been at the money is not as free flowing.
Key Player Profiles:
David the Brazilian has been outstanding for us at the back. Been a great pivot for us. He's chipped in with a couple of goals in important games. However there is much interest from clubs in Europe and I do face a battle to keep him here with us in Japan. I won't stand in his way, hopefully I can negotiate a massive transfer fee for him.
The Egyptian was our outstanding striker. Paid over a million pounds for the man and he has been great. Massive thank you to his agent who offered him to us. Struggles with niggling injuries so it is about managing him better next season. Like David he has attracted interest in Europe, so likely to leave but only for a good fee.
The right winger was electric. Created and scored lots of goals. Fantastic player for the club. I am surprised he has no full international caps I doubt he will now but Japan's loss is our gain.

Next Season
Next season is about competing for all the honours in Japan again. Then of course to push for the Champions League, was not long ago we were crowned AFC Champions League champions. Also the last three winners of the Champions League have come from Japan ... no pressure then.

So the biggest clubs in Asia list was revealed. Quite interesting some of the clubs I have managed on this save can be found on the list. Just under the top clubs you will find Saipa and BEC. Both have declined since I left them. As you can see Yokohama F. Marinos are right up there as one of the bigger clubs in Asia. However results recently have said different. We have a good chance of returning to the top thanks to this new ambitious board.

Leaving Malaysia was an easy decision. I found that if I stuck round there I would have gone mad. I did enjoy my brief stint with the big boys there but I need to move on otherwise this journey will get stale. The options were limited for me. A job in the UAE came up but when this club got rid of the manager I had my eyes on for this job and this job only. A big team that have not delivered in recent years, finishing lowly in the league. With a new chairman and some financial backing it is about time this club rises.
History of the Club
Yokohama F. Marinos is a Japanese association football team that participates in the J. League Division 1. Having won the J-League title three times and finished second twice, they are one of the most successful J-League clubs. The team are based in Yokohama and were founded as the company team of Nissan Motors. The club was formed by the merger of Yokohama Marinos and Yokohama Flügels in 1999. The team name Marinos means "sailors" in Spanish. Yokohama F. Marinos are the longest serving team in the top flight of Japanese football having played at the top level since 1982, also making them one of only four teams to have competed in Japan's top flight of football every year since its inception.
General Info - A side that has been on the slide. Again I can't show you much info because of license issues.
Manager Profile - Things are improving slowly. Bars I have decided to to pay much attention too. I have given up caring about the stats.
Facilities - Can't show you a screenshot because of the license issues. We are playing in a 72,000 seater stadium and have some very good facilities.
Squad The squad has some good players, the foreigners are not up to standard so they will be shipped out when I can. I have earmarked some players but whether they will fit in with me here is another matter. There are some little regen gems here. Looking forward to see if I can add them in to boost this mighty fine squad.
Staff - Staff screen a few days after I arrived. Brought in a Director of Football, need someone who can help guide me in Japan but also deal with contract issues. Added some scouts to help me improve the squad. Still on the look for good coaches.
Finances - Quite the jump there. This chairman knows how to role.

Yokohama F. Marinos come in an offer me a deal. Not much out there so it is going to be a deal.
