What upgraded version are you talking about? Because I see only early access version which is released a bit earlier than ‘official’ one.

I don't mind paying for superbly done real lower league database with graphics like kits, logos, even faces. A lot of creators have their patreon websites and you can thank them and subscribe to gain access to earlier versions but basically having to pay for this addon is not okay in my view.

And what I want to say that SI are monitoring a lot of popular websites/fansites/editor files and don't be (because I won't be) surprised if this file will be taken down in the future. 

Charging for early access and something similar is understandable, but charging for files I believe is borderline illegal.

So someone is trying to make some money using free tools? If you have a link, I will gladly check this with SI on official forum. Because I believe it's against the rules.

And If I were you, I would just wait because I'm sure someone will create lower leagues for free.

I've downloaded all graphics again, but leave the ‘default’ folder structure and it's working. Config files are now outside the main folder. Weird situation, but at least it's resolved. Thanks for the help guys.

looks like this on zealand skin. It's weird because I didn't have any problems with graphics. I'll sort something out and think about this.

Can you show me how your folders and configs are structured? And which skin you use?

Zobacz w grze w ustawieniach czy gra odczytuje pliki z dobrego folderu z dodatkami. Jeśli nie to są poradniki jak to zrobić. Chyba że masz wersje gry z gamepassa albo epica to wtedy nie pomogę bo nie wiem jak tam się ustawia foldery dla dodatków.

Czyli dodałeś do złego folderu jeśli baza gry nie widzi pliku, przekopiuję instrukcję z pliku z tamtego roku bo w zasadzie wygląda to identycznie. Jak nie zatrybi to możesz zasubskrybować na steamie.

How to unlock the Polish Lower Leagues on FM
1) Download the Data File.

2) Drag the file into your "Editor Data" folder. located at \Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\editor data. If this folder doesn't exist, create it.

3) Open Football Manager 2022 and start a new career, In the top right of the screen, under "Database", make sure this Data File is selected.

4) Click "Advanced Setup" in the bottom right.

5) Once the database has loaded, click "Add/Remove League", then tick "Poland". The Polish lower leagues will then be playable.

I'll be honest, something is not working. I have only city background and stadium insides (the newest 3.1gb packs) and none of these work in any skin that supports backgrounds in fm23. I've tried flut, opz, even the zealand skin (all these should at least support stadiums), but only the default stadium pictures are showing. In fm22 when I haven't downloaded this 23.0 packs - everything was working brilliantly. I don't know what's wrong, I'm not a new person when it comes to custom graphics (there's no problem with kits, logos, faces, real name fixes), but backgrounds are not working, at least for me. I've loaded fm21 to see if this is related to older fm - backgrounds and stadiums are not working either.

@mons - are you gonna be removing dots from Portuguese clubs to have full short name like Vitoria Guimaraes instead of Vit. Guimaraes? If not, I can do this myself but I'm merely being curious. 

And to clarify - I'm not playing older versions of the game when the new game is out so that's why I have folders with other files. If I feel the need to play, I simply move the files from ‘sub-folder’ to main folder and voila. 

I believe folders inside editor data are not ‘readable’ so it's not affecting me. Having a separate folder for fm files is a life changer, because fm likes to create useless new user folders in documents and usually there are more than one, that's why new users who try to apply any fixes or put a database files have problems. I never had any problems with configs, faces, logos, kits, .xml files or any other type of modifications. 

To all people with Napoli and Manchester United problems → If you are on STEAM (don't have gamepass or epic version or macOS), it's almost impossible to do it wrong UNLESS you confuse your folders. I've applied the fix on BETA, and it's working on full version in each fm. So my advice is - please check the folder the game loads files from - type LOCATION in search bar in preferences and check if this is the same folder. I'd suggest making a separate folder for fm and keeping all the files there because it's easier and all you need to do is copy launch option each year on game preferences on steam.

Everyting can be applied during the save, except newly created files in editor (this .fmf files highlighted by Mons in screenshot).
