That's probably cause Santiago and Federico are twins (that's what I managed to understand from the infos I gathered online, so I can't be 100% sure). But Santiago is playing for the Platense reserve squad, while Federico played for Argentinos Juniors U20 and then, currently, for FC Stockholm. We have to wait for SI to create a dedicated entry for Federico (maybe with the new FM?). 😉

Twins!!! I was sure with his DOB, position and nationality that they were the same person! 😀

@MannT1990 This is an image of Federico Postel (now playing for FC Stockholm) and not of Santiago Postel.

I've looked on the editor and at the player online, its the same player, for some reason called Santiago.

He does look different, but then again the source image is from October 2016 at the earliest. You'd be surprised how much people can change in 3 years. Then again, the difference appears to be overly marked. However, I can't find who cut the current cut, unfortunately

This file does not edit league participation at all, so I don't believe your issue is related to this download. Do you have a custom editor data file for the Brazilian leagues? Maybe that's where the issue is coming from...

Downloaded the latest version and the Brazilian divisions are unavailable stating that 20 teams are required for the Brasileirao serie c next season but has only found 19. Any fix?

Best source I could find at the moment, Inter will most likely release a new picture in the coming weeks.
