can I get some feedback on this please?
is the hair “snow” or light reflections ok? or would it need refining?

what about the neck sides, are they acceptable?

@mons  just haven't got the time atm to do these as much as I'd like to contribute. It's just as and when I find a spare bit of time.
I haven't got PS so I'm just learning my ways around photopea. Most “time consuming” stage is sorting out snow or any pixel discolorations such as around the edges of hair etc.
Here is another draft, this was fairly quick although the “hair fixing” stage almost made me gave up on this cutout…

There are hundreds of pending sources in our request forum (some from yourself, hint hint). Some are requested individually and some are in packs. If you want to be practical, you should take on some of these requests and avoid spending time searching for sources yourself. There are sources of varying difficulties in terms of cutting and from a wild variety of teams and nations, so you'll be sure to find something to suit your needs.

 

It is not very common for a person's best available source to come from his team's official website profile, actually. 

 

If you use remove.bg and photopea.com and follow the guidelines in the first post, you should be able to produce quality cuts quickly. For the time being, though, since you are still starting out, I recommend posting a few more draft cuts in here for our feedback before plunging yourself into cutting batches of imagess, so that you have a firm grasp of the basic requirements and techniques before starting ‘mass production’, as it were 👍

• My idea was to go through some nations/leagues that are missing cutouts.
• the ”easier” way for me to find source images was to get them from the official club website on player profile pages and unfortunately most of them so far are already pre-cut.
• Ideally I’d want to cut them the quick and easier way which is more consistent but I also want to do them to a decent standard.
• Any tips on that? Thanks

a little draft attempt I did. 
1) source was already pre-cut
2) I used remove.bg + photopea

3 I had to go over some “green snow” around the edge of his hair
4) collar was brought higher up

So got remove.bg to do this, but obviously the hair isn't great and collar/neck needs sorting too.
What's a good way of sorting the hair out with photopea?
 

Is photopea.com and remove.bg good enough to do good cut outs in 250x250 faces? Or am I better off sorting myself some version of PS?

Edit: I just checked it, 12/20 can be added on as they were missing.

For now I can put them in 3 separate folders
1) 14-15 pack
2) 15-16 pack
3) both merged into one

let me know what's the best thing to do

Just checked all 33 images.
16/33 are still missing
6/33 look like a definite improvement in quality or more up to date picture.
11/33 images are already in the MP and of decent standard.

I'll start working on this.

SOLVED:

Winning games, and beating rival teams in the league and cup helped to raise the morale back to normal over a few months
Unhappy player no longer wanted to leave and the board offered me a new contract in the end
focusing on team cohesion in the general training also seemed to improve the squad harmony

so i managed to get photoshop CC 2015 and tried my early attempts please take a look and tell me what needs improving as i am learning to cut and would like to help out on here
