is the hair “snow” or light reflections ok? or would it need refining?

@mons just haven't got the time atm to do these as much as I'd like to contribute. It's just as and when I find a spare bit of time.
I haven't got PS so I'm just learning my ways around photopea. Most “time consuming” stage is sorting out snow or any pixel discolorations such as around the edges of hair etc.
Here is another draft, this was fairly quick although the “hair fixing” stage almost made me gave up on this cutout…

a little draft attempt I did.
1) source was already pre-cut
2) I used remove.bg + photopea
3 I had to go over some “green snow” around the edge of his hair
4) collar was brought higher up

So got remove.bg to do this, but obviously the hair isn't great and collar/neck needs sorting too.

Edit: I just checked it, 12/20 can be added on as they were missing.
For now I can put them in 3 separate folders
1) 14-15 pack
2) 15-16 pack
3) both merged into one
let me know what's the best thing to do

Just checked all 33 images.
16/33 are still missing
6/33 look like a definite improvement in quality or more up to date picture.
11/33 images are already in the MP and of decent standard.
I'll start working on this.

Winning games, and beating rival teams in the league and cup helped to raise the morale back to normal over a few months
Unhappy player no longer wanted to leave and the board offered me a new contract in the end
focusing on team cohesion in the general training also seemed to improve the squad harmony
