I suspect you've put the files in the wrong place or there's a mistake in the config file. They are working fine for me.

It is impossible to alter mid game without an in game editor. As far as I know there are none available for free.

@mons I was using an older version yes. Anyway, good to know it's all working as intended.
@jimbo If you want to change the colour of kits without starting a new game you will have to buy the in game editor.

Have you looked at your Juventus fix since the lastest patch? It looks like it has made some of the changes fail and reverted back to the original black kit.
