I'm an experienced player, but what is the best way to develop youngsters?
Send out on loan and play 20+ games with average training facilities or stay at club, start 3-4 cup games a season, be in mentoring group, U23 team and controlled training?
I'm thinking the later but I've read over 18s need game time other than U23s
Just wanted to hear peoples thoughts.

Hi all,
My documents were on iCloud, I have disabled that as I couldn't load any skins on FM22.
This path does not exist for me
For Mac: /Users//Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2022/skins
I've tried putting skins in the same folder as graphics etc but no joy, never had this issue before I had my desktop and documents on iCloud.
I've even re-installed the game to see if a folder is created but my documents folder is now completely empty
Please help!!

Hi, I only have 2200 and 2201 folders, no sign of 2111, 2130, 2140 etc. Please help! (I use a mac)
