Then you haven't installed it correctly, I'm afraid. Can you make sure that the dbc, debc/permanent, edt/permanent and lnc folders in 2000, 2001 and 2010 are exactly how they look in the screenshots in the main post?

Germany and Japan national teams doesn't work for me, nor does the brazilian club names. (Yes I have started a new game)

If your downloading the ones from rapidshare, dont just download the first link, download all six, that the complete one, not only part 1 (1st link)
