Is there a config.xml file within that folder? How large is it?

Looks fine. Have you tired ticking the skin cache box in preferences and unticking it again?

Did you install any other faces previously?

Only this one. It stopped working so I redownloaded it. Yeah I tried the cache thing

Can I have a screenshot inside the faces folder? How many images in total do you have in there? Also, how are player faces displayed in-game? Is there the default black face or is it a blank space?
