My internet connection is usually irregular and terribly slow but I've just tried downloading a file and got a 4MB/s download speed which is in the upper limit of what I'd usually get.

Are you downloading or streaming something else at the same time perchance? Download speed may be throttled in that case.

No, from other sites I usually have 30+MB.
Only one active download.

As I remember download from your web page was faster last years. But ok.

Hello

I have Premium Membership for years now. But now I see that I have a really slow download (facepacks, logos). Only 1MB. Previous years it was not so slow.

Is this normal?
