@fabri55, it's a known issue and will be solved in 12.01

If you've updated your config manually, you need to refresh the skin cache for him to appear in-game


I tried to refresh the skin but I haven't solved the problem.

I will wait 12.01 version

He was missing in config file, I added it, refreshed the skin but I still can't see his face.
