I'm having a problem.

I was following all your instructions, but it just doesn't work for me. I copied everything into destination folders and have followed all 3 steps.

1 . Select default database (NOT 17.3 UPDATE) & enableing files

2 .Select the nations you want to use during the game from the dedicated menu (DON'T select the U.S.)

3 .Choose the starting game date

Where's the problem?
