@Club Almagro  The sytsem is automated to end a loan if it has ended in real life, you can't just enable a submission with a loan end date in the past you have to change the date otherwise it will keep happening everyday.

Feel free to post in the staff forum when you're seeing issues like this rather than just enabling again and again everyday.

Pogba is bugged in the game because he was definitely in 24.0 but not appearing now. He'll get added soon once we work around it.

You're right that text shouldn't be in there.

Obviously with the new game not being released and having to try and cover two years some aspects of the website aren't really setup for that 2nd year, so that text is automated based off the original FM24.

I've removed it now.

@motdattan  I don't there's any reason to assume something malicious here or be as aggressive as you are.

I think what is happening is that Rob is going through submitting lots of transfers without properly checking if there is already an equal pending submission.

If he was on this page, or any number of similar pages, he can simply click Data Update > Edit Data to go straight to the form without seeing the timeline and noticing that there is an existing pending submission 

You can tell that he hasn't looked at your submission and manually clicked disable because the timestamp where it is disabled is exactly the same as the submission, that means it has been automatically disabled due to his submission.

Perhaps I can work around this by making it clear when there are pending submissions when you enter the form.

It is much, much more likely that he's going through a list of players from a website like transfer market, googling “Moritz Wels sortitoutsi” (that's what I do because Google's often better than our search…) hitting the first result which doesn't list your pending submission and then clicking edit data. Thereby never, ever seeing your submission at all.

There's a famous saying along the lines of “don't attribute to malice what can be explained by incompetence”. Incompetence is maybe a bit harsh in that case, but try and have some empathy that other people are human and act in human ways and that's a far more likely explanation than they're intentionally stealing from you to gain internet points.

Please be patient. It's one player if you're that desperate you can add him yourself using the editor.

Sorry i'm still really not sure what you want. You can download our main data update that changes dates by 2 years, you can download the no date file that doesn't change dates at all or you can download the file from May 31st which changes dates by 1 year.

It is currently not possible to download a file that reflects June 23rd with dates only changed 1 year.

Other than that i'm not sure what you're asking for or what answer you're expecting.

@StronaK sorry that was a bug, you weren't meant to be getting the XML version, you should now get the expected version

The +1 file does nothing, it's a blank file put there to overide the old file because asking thousands of people to delete a file was unlikely to be heard by everyone.

In hindsight maybe the name should have been kept but that would still lead to the same number of questions haha.

Thanks for the report @Wendfero can you confirm that the data update does reflect Santos as they will be in 2 weeks, it's just feels a bit strange that it has happened 2 weeks early? Or is there some greater issue? If it's just 2 weeks early then I think that's generally okay, you can always download updates from May 31st which may work better when managing in Brazil.

If there is a bigger issue can please try and explain in more detail.

Okay all you have to say is this

“Rovella was on loan for 2 years with a future transfer, that future transfer is now completed, so he needs to be transferred” and proof of the transfer completing.

Submitting a 2 year old article stating that a transfer might happen in 23/24 or 24/25 depending on conditions wasn't clear.

All the talk about other players is just confusing and not relevant.

@Stefano Polidoro I just realised the article you submitted was from 2023, which is very confusing.

It is very, very simple. Wherever Rovella, Tavares, Pellegrini etc are going to be on July 1st, they should be at that team.

If they are not at that team you should make a submission for them to be at that team.

I'm afraid I don't know enough off the top of my head to know where those players should or should not be and your comments are not very clear in explaining it. But the rules for submissions are clear, just wherever they are going to be on July 1st.

Your comment was not clear, you did not say he had been transferred you said he was on loan.

Yes if he has been transferred then he should be transferred, even if it does not officially happen until July 1st.

Treat anything in June as if it was July 1st, this is clearly written at the top of every submission page.

It totally depends on which sites make it easy for us in terms of things like remote/api uploads, not deleting files, unlimited bandwidth etc.

You can see straight away that GoFile isn't appropriate. They are limited to 100GB on the free tier, that means only 10 people can download the cut out faces per month.

After that we'd have to pay $2 per TB. We supply 2-12 Petabytes per month depending on the month, that would be between $2,000 and $12,000 per month.

We can't pay that sort of crazy money so people can get it for free.

We do host files without these 3rd party services but we still need money to pay for that, we ask for 83p a month which is far less than you'll find anywhere in the world.

If you know of somewhere cheaper please let me know and we'll start using them.

But if you can't then you can see the problem.

Sorry there's a bug which means the automated contract expiration will keep happening, I will try and get that fixed, for now it seems easier to just make him the U21 Manager since we generally treat anything in June as if its July 1st anyway.

Rovella is on loan until 05/30/2025…

with the current change (starting the season in 2023) it is not possible to have Rovella until the 2025 season.

So, with the update with the current rosters - Season 2025 - Lazio does not have Rovella because it aligns with reality only after two seasons.

If his loan his loan ends this month then his loan should be ended. We are starting from the 25/26 season now.

@Arnaud Lempereur please post in English and don't call people idiots. I just gave you a warning, the next step would be a ban.

We don't set the wages the game does.

We may manually set the wages in extreme cases where the game is messing up but we need clearer reporting on whats happening e.g. multiple test saves, screenshots etc. Unfortunately the sorts of comments you guys have left are really vague and not that helpful.

The data gathering process is just about finished. It'll need cleaning and matching which is hard to estimate but hopefully should all be good before the end of the month.

To be clear, we have to scrape data from sources around the web, hundreds of thousands of players multiple pages (injuries/contract/stats) some of the those can be very slow (looking at your transfermarkt) so you can roughly guess the math on how long it would take with 2.5 million seconds in a month. Then we have to try and match the teams and players IDs with their Football Manager IDs. Although most of that has already happened and you can help by contributing here

@downloader88 ah sorry I see our miscommunication now, I thought you were talking about 2025.04 rather than 2025.00.part4 yep I can see the error and have fixed it now 🙂

Would you mind sharing why you don't want promotions and relegations? Have you made your own that you think are better? Have you considered sharing those back?
