If you're saying “I can't” without providing information about what is going wrong e.g. error messages then it's difficult to help you.

Sorry it's not possible to swap them, if you want to sign up for the premium I can cancel and refund the other.

I was unaware you could even play steam games on chromebook, maybe you could share more about your setup so people can help you?

@AKINAK34 can you please share information about the editor files you're using because it looks wrong. We have not added DR as a position for Gokhan Sazdagi and he is not a DR in the original FM24.

I would guess you're trying to combine our files with someone elses?

You can also see that his attributes have been improved in our updated version.

@Andy Margrave it seems like you may have been suffering with this issue which is due to the main game and not our update. Do you have an assistant manager?

 

Just to be clear as your paragraph has alot of words and it's difficult to extract the important information, you are saying “100% it is the contracts file and only the contracts file” all other files work fine?

Can you also provide the save file where this error occurs and describe the exact steps to make it happen?

@AKINAK34  can you please use the data update forum to discuss issues you've found with the data update and make sure you be more detailed when reporting bugs, naming specific players and the steps you've taken to confirm any errors you're reporting.

Well for (1) ideally you wouldn't get multiple messages a day, I try and encourage people to keep things in public forums as much as possible so that others can easily join in and ease the burden or take over should someone involved disappear.

But (2) yes i've added this to my todo list.

I'm just reopening this to try and find out why nobody was able to make the switch to the new topic and this died completely.

I really want to make the most of the Fantasy Kits and make them more accessible and a huge amount of work was put in to categorise nearly 5000 kits going back 13 years so it's really sad that I seem to have inadvertently killed it.

I would appreciate any feedback at all if there has been some misunderstanding on what happened the previous post is still available just before this one.

A just to be absolutely clear incase the last post was not, this was intended to be closed, the topic just moved here and works in basically the same way except there's a form to fill to upload images so that they all have the same format.

Please read the article you're commenting on where it says

Click “View” > “Show Path Bar” in Finder and the full path will now be shown at the bottom of every Finder window

It will make your troubleshooting much easier.

You are still in the wrong location.

BAD: /Library
GOOD: /Users/{yourname}/Library

The instructions tell you to use ~ which is a shortcut for /Users/{yourname}/

It is impossible to go wrong if you use the “Go to Folder” method, please just follow the instructions rather than trying to work around them and find it manually.

Hi @Emilianos you shared a private discord image so other people can't see it. Can you please share it again as I have no idea what it is.

There's no need to edit our files, just create new files, otherwise you won't be able to update our files later.

All files are loaded alphanumerically so, so long as your files appear below ours yours will take precident and you won't have to redo them in the future.

@Mott  If you're starting again you only need to download 2026.03 “complete”.

The “changes” files only have what is new between versions.

The “complete” file is the complete pack with everything in it.

Unless its cutoff in the screenshot it's meant to be “Library/Application Support/Sports Interactive” the screenshot seems to show “Library/Sports Interactive”

There are ability changes in the file suffixed with “Player Attributes”.

@ahmedowic please reread your comment and think about how little information you've shared and what more information you could provide to help identify the problem you're referring to.

For example try providing the following information

• What game you are playing fm24 or fm26
• The name and id of a single player that is not up to date
• What “up to date” means i.e. a player not at the right club, or the contract information being wrong.

There was a temporary bug with that weeks/months ago, I assume that's what you were referring to?

If you're clicking the download button in the header it's just taking you to the download page you need to actually scroll down and read that page where you'll find links for both FM24 and FM26.

Also please try and use more descriptive titles than just “FM24 DATA UPDATE”

I'm sorry I really can't help you if this is all that you say.

Try and use common sense and think about how you can make things easier for the people trying to help you. For example you could describe the steps you're taking and the results you're saying. You could make a video (https://www.loom.com/ is very easy to use) or screenshots. If you're using chrome the URL that downloads is coming from is often hidden so you could use the 🔗 icon to copy and paste the exact url which is really helpful.

Can you help explain what issue you're having with the attributes? I've never been very good at UI/UX so it probably is a nightmare, but it's really difficult for me to improve it without any feedback, so an explanation of what you were trying to do, what you expected, what happened instead etc would be really helpful.

There is no name you need to know, just whatever it's called when you download i.e. “Cut-Out Player Faces Megapack - New Players for FM26”

Your question doesn't really make sense so you're probably making some simple mistake but i'm afraid it's impossible to guess what you're doing.

It should just be as simple as:

• Download the megapack
• Unzip the megapack
• Move the folder to /graphics
• Download the new faces
• Unzip the new faces
• Move the folder to /graphics

If you're doing anything else it's wrong.

You don't need to touch config.xml files

The names of the folders do not matter.

Are you having an issue with the free download that doesn't have adverts? 

I've updated the submission form to include wage percentage now but that means all the player loan submissions need to be updated to fill in the data.
