They're completely different and completely compatible. Ours is transfers + promotions and relegations. The realism mod doesn't include those things.

@Nour Sleiman If you go to the Downloads menu there is a link “How to install Football Manager Add Ons” from there there is “How to install Editor Data Files in Football Manager”.

If you find the UI of the site hard to navigate i'm always open to suggestions, UI/UX is not something I have alot of experience and training on 🙂

@Krebwy has pointed out that some of the transfermarkt imports are overwriting previously approved submissions such as Gustavo Scarpa.

I've now changed it so that transfermarkt imports won't overwrite previously approved submissions.

You can find these in the auto transfers page using the “Has existing submission” status instead.

It might be better to import them as “pending” instead so they can be checked? I'm not sure, but for now you have to use the auto transfers page to find them.

Apologies that change was automatic based on his contract expiring in the FMDB. It shouldn't have happened though since your submission should have prevented it. This is a bug and I'm looking into fixing it.

There was a bug in the automatic imports whereby transfers where being given crazy transfer fees, this was just a visual error in how it was displayed in the description and didn't affect anything, but it has been fixed now anyway.

@andtho2001 you shouldn't submit future transfers for a week or two advance, they should go in as permanent transfers

Also @CTxCB links to official sources are added based on proofs every month or so (admittedly sometimes I forget a few months go by).

You can also add them manually yourself like so:

RE Leave at end: I assume you mean that people are being given “Will leave at end of contract” even when their contract ends on January 15th or similar?

These should actually be being caught by an automated script that releases players with expired contracts and ends expired loans automatically every night. However I just noticed it wasn't working and have no fixed it.

@LBOW6 Yeah I see that now. There should have been an automated script running every night to remove expired people but it wasn't working. I've just fixed it now, so it shouldn't be an issue anymore.

@Mauricio Alves  Some of the transfers are automated from transfermarkt and sometimes it makes mistakes like in this case of returning loans.

I'm looking into why this might be. It shouldn't have prioritised the automated one over a manual one

Just a heads up to everyone, Japan should be treated like South America and all other leagues that around November-January. Future transfers for January should be set to immediate transfers during December. You can still set the January date as the contract start date.

I don't know all the dates for all the leagues off the top of my head but just try to use common sense.

The rule for England is that July 1st transfers are set to instant transfers in June but future transfers in May. Apply a similar rule to whatever country it is you're editing.

I've fixed it so there's no error when trying to view orders and added a “refresh” button for the odd instance when it's not updating automatically.

Sorry you can ignore all the capitalised ones, in that case it seems like there's somehow a capitalised one and uncapitalised one and the capitalised one is missing an iconface which doesn't matter.

I can remove the duped capitalised versions.

@mons Some files you upload are corrupt in some way (corrupt might not be the right word, but the resizing program can't edit them) it's usually only a couple. 

Unfortunately it's not giving me a great error message to try and debug from but I imagine they just need to be reopened and resaved.

@MT90  Yeah it'll only show 10 pages, is there a reason to go back further than 10 pages?

Moderators just haven't had the time to go through them, it is Christmas after all.

Sorry I was misunderstanding I forgot there wasn't a kits folder. It should probably be “graphics/kits/config.xml” rather than “graphics/config.xml” or “kits/config.xml”

I have a feeling someone else complained "graphics/kits" was pointless depth, possibly before the “editor data” files where added.

@kingrobbo I put in some fixes to prevent some of these reports and @dadonax  was included in that. Sorry I forget to comment 🙂

I'm afraid I don't really understand the logic. Isn't it more confusing to have the instructions be:

“Put the kits folder into the documents/fm/graphics folder”

“Put the contents of the editor data into the documents/fm/editor data folder"

vs

“Put the contents of the graphics into the documents/fm/graphics folder"

“Put the contents of the editor data into the documents/fm/editor data folder"

Having two slightly different instructions for the same task is going to be confusing and more likely to lead to mistakes won't it?

Maybe i'm misunderstanding your point but i'm afraid I really don't get it.

Changing would also mean breaking all the youtube videos that have been recorded in the past month and I doubt they will get rerecorded before FM25, which would also add more confusing and mistakes.

@dcadra our update doesn't add new leagues you need specific updates for that which are quite difficult to make. I'm not aware that anyone has made one for Switzerland yet.
