@freddyoli thanks for reporting i've fixed this now.

So long as you have the latest complete pack it should be working if you've tried to do an update rather than download the complete pack then you may have missed up and should just start again with the latest complete pack

The updates are back building every 20 minutes now however submissions are still paused while we wait for the next update from SI which should be in the next couple of weeks.

For FM24 the update should be up to date and fully playable.

For FM26 the only thing in the update for now is new players that are missing in the game by default e.g. Max Dowman.

You'd also have to redownload the facepack

Yeah we haven't updated our patch to work with the new version, it's going to take some time to compare the DB's and work out which players SI have added and removed.

@ebacaksiz3  When you say “gives an error” which one are you referring to? The “invalid url” or the “23 submissions are invalid”?

It would be helpful if you were clearer with bullet points or quotes of the error rather than just an “an error” when your screenshots show two errors.

I've found AN issue linking you to the incorrect url and fixed that, as best I can tell you would have had to click the link saying “Return to submissions dashboard”, but you haven't mentioned that in your description so possibly it's another different bug and my change hasn't fixed your issue.

It also looks like you've deleted the collection that you're screenshotting which makes it very hard to debug, please can you avoid reporting things and then deleting them before i've had a chance to look.

I'm afraid i'm not sure what to do now,  I can't understand the problems you're experiencing without more detailed descriptions and active examples.

@binabul  The UI was updated a few months ago to have dedicated sections for this in the Downloads section.

Can you help by explaining why you find this easier and what you think would make the site easier to use?

They have different numbers because you're playing FM24 and they were added in FM26. We can't use the numbers that SI gave them in FM26, when we create them in FM24 they get a different number, that's why we have separate “New Players Megapacks” for both FM24 and FM26.

I realise the UI can be a little confusing sometimes and i'm open to all feedback on how it could be better, but i'm not sure how to do so in this case. When FM27 comes around we're going to wind up having 3 different ID's and trying to show all 3 is going to be really confusing

@Alan Davies are you trying to use our data update with the new update? We have not released a new update post release, we've paused updating, there's a huge red banner at the top of the page.

Do not try and use the old update with the latest 26.2 patch.

Crowd graphics have nothing to do with data updates

Sorry it should not be building right now, i've stopped it now.

It is not compatible with 26.2 released on March 9th, you will almost certainly get some clashes if you try and use both together.

We have temporarily paused new submissions following the release of FM26.

(1) We need to import the updated data.

(2) SI usually release a new update a few weeks after when more transfer windows close and it gets confusing trying to merge our changes with there's so it's easier to just wait a few weeks.

(3) All the people that contribute deserve a well earned break and this is the optimal time to do it!

I cannot confirm exactly when it will be back. It could be anytime March 20 - April 20 depending on SI.
 

Thanks alot to everyone who has contributed over the years. Amazingly that number now totals 1,158,184 submissions from 6,808 people!

@ebacaksiz3  the URL you've shared is not real, where did it come from, did you copy and paste it from somewhere?

Your submissions are set as a draft, you need to complete the submission process, if you visit the contribute page you should see an alert telling you that you have pending drafts.

I can see that you haven't downloaded the New Players Facepack since December 15th, you should download it again, it's updated every single day. Reporting problems on a file from 3 months ago is just going to confuse things. Please make sure you're using the latest version before reporting issues.

Also just to confuse things further SI are going to release a patch today so you'll have to redownload again after they release that patch (and after we've updated our file).

His ID in the facepack and the FM24 update is definitely 2002086380 which is different to the numbers you've listed.

You'll have to describe your setup and what you're doing in more detail for me to understand where you're doing wrong.

Often the best solution if you've got things messed up is just to reinstall the update and the facepack from scratch.

Our facepack works with all games going back to FM05

What do you mean by “When I renew”.

Are you trying to cancel or resume your subscription?

It sounds like you are trying to cancel so why would pause and then try again to “renew” ?

Only mods can set wages because there's too much back and forth arguing if we let people submit wages on individual submissions.

We generally let the game set a realistic default and only set custom wages when it's obviously wrong and causing an issue e.g. Kevin De Bruyne at Napoli the game was never setting a realistic wage.

If you can highlight specific issues that are occurring a mod can look into it.

Our IDs are correct.

IDs can become out of sync if you're trying to use multiple files together or other installation issues.

If you want help because you've messed up the installation perhaps try using a different tone and offering a little more detail about the steps you've taken.

@Hazar Emin Buluttekin that's just a UI bug sorry, it has been cancelled.

Sorry what you're saying isn't making sense. He is 100% not a DR in the original game but you are showing screenshots of him as a DR.

Our update also updates his attributes as in my screenshot.

Can you please share the step by step of what you're doing so I can identify what you're doing wrong.

The zip download is refreshed every 20 minutes. 

Obviously humans can't be online 24/7 ensuring that every transfer is moderated 20 minutes after submission.
