This was awesome. I don't know about anyone else, but I was suddenly awash with nostalgia from Andersson's skins, to whatever I was listening to at the time. I don't know that a thousand hours a year escaping reality and immersing in the complexities of FM would be possible without this place being maintained for so long. Thank you.

Not sure this is my original account, because I recall being here in 2005, but it's awesome that the place has been carried onward by the community over the years.

Because some people have rushed them out for popularity purposes without using the test competitions section in the Editor for a good thirty years and then tested it in a holiday game with other mods for a further twenty years.

Even then, some bugs aren't apparent until you play something in game.

Morrissey/Mozza has been doing this for several years and his file has never caused a conflict with any of mine because he builds it properly.

Working on it. I've just fixed and added some awards. Tweaked the stadium selections for final.
 

I've just pulled up the dates from my 2009 file, can't recall when I changed it to fit the typical European season, but yes, I plan to revert to IRL date ranges later tonight.

I'm afraid there's an issue in the editor where continental competitions are wiping the UEFA coefficients of certain countries. Bizarre, given the competition doesn't touch them, but it is a bug in the editor.

I've spent much of today rebuilding these competitions as international club comps to resolve the issue and appear to have been succesful. I'll upload updates later. Sadly, they will require new games,

For those using one or more of my files, the Intercontinental Cups are fine, but I must rebuild the Anglo-Scottish Cups, Royal League and British Royal League. (Hopefully all by morning)

Yeah, this doesn't touch the co-efficient though so either the editor or the game is broken. It's been reported.

I'm testing something, but it looks as if coefficients are in the Editor now, which is good news in a way, but having unintended consequences. I'm working on something, but given it's a bug, I may just pull the files.

They are built as Super Cups, so the game sees them as relatively unimportant, much like the community shield. I built them for the purposes of a few extra games against different opposition having gotten bored of building preseason friendlies. With the Club World Cup becoming a four-year cash-cow, I'm glad I started these, as it still gives opportunities to meet teams from other continents more regularly.

That said, reputations are still between 145 & 160, so it's a morale builder, and it's important to fans in as much as it can be.

Oh my word this is beautiful. Following with interest. 

Website is hammered tbf. 500Kbs is all I'm getting on a 1Gb/1Gb connection. Lots of people downloading full megapacks and Sortsi's upload capacity being what is affordable and practical. I've left it for now, I don't need all the addons until I've played in the editor after full release.

Some huge overreacting to be expected from the crowd that simply download a tactic, an editor and a scout tool and aren't comfortable with complexity.

Should please the crowd who've been demanding more detail for quite some time.

Unclear why FM additions bring out so much prepubescent angst when they can be freely ignored.

I imagine it's from the people who expect a management SIM to look like FIFA - which isn't a management SIM and don't want anything added that isn't FIFAesque. 

Isn't there still a dumbed down version for the click and win crowd? Presumably this new feature isn't in it or its optional in the full fat FM.

Gutted. Is there a reason they aren't allowing Sortsi to do this?
