I've noticed you've added a _3D suffix to all the kits. There shouldn't really be any need to do that. 

Also noticed in doing so you've got a miss-spelling for the Canada entry.

But aside from that I can't see any issues, the logs mean nothing to me. It's not my mod so I have no idea how the backend comes together, I just make the kits! 😂

You'd be best off raising it in the mod post.

I had the same template for Celtic home and away to make and as soon as I started I was like “I immediately regret this decision”. 😂

Bit bizarre. If the home kits are working fine then there shouldn't be an issue with the away kits as it's the same thing.

I'd double check the mod installation, it seems A LOT of people are getting issues with it.

So all the other National Kits are showing in match but not Germany? I've had a look into the configs in the chance that I maybe mis-typed or something but everything seems to be in order there. 

I'd double check the installation of the mod, there's not much going on with my kit pack that isn't different from a regular kit pack.

English Premier League? 

You shouldn't need to install any kit packs as that league is fully licenced in FM26 so it comes with the 2D and 2D kits already.

Short answer = Nothing. 

It's a bug. It was there from day one but they did actually fix it but a recent update has buggered it up again. Don't worry though, the kits show fine in match, it just seems to be in the locker room bits.

I used to manually try create them too until I came across that tool. It was like winning the lottery! haha

New kit added for Hibernian. 

I haven't uploaded the files yet as I'm waiting for a couple more kits to drop to make the update a bit more worth it. If you do want the hibs kit though and can't wait, here you go: 

I make them in Photoshop.

I mean, never say never. My personal view is the community values the kits over templates so that's where my focus lies. 

And I also tend to focus on the Scottish leagues as we often get forgotten about when it comes to stuff like this! haha

I would but honestly they're not really in much of an editable format. Some of the designs are literally just a copy and paste job from the source image so they don't really allow for colour changes and such.

Might be something I will do in the future, for the moment though I just wanted to get some kits out fast so people can play around with the GK mod.

There's a couple of options but by far the easiest is using the FM Minikit Generator

Upload your 3D kit and it'll automatically generate the 2D version, just download that.

You'll obviously need to do the config and stuff for it though but if you have other 2D kits you should see how simple it is. 

You're doing an awesome job with these Mexican kits but bloody hell some of them are… Interesting. 😂

Getting in the flow now, got some more Scottish kits done. From what I can tell that has been released so far I have Rangers (Home, Away), St. Johnstone (Home). I can see Dundee United have posted an advert about their new goalkeeper kit but there's not enough good angles to recreate it so waiting until it's up on the club shop.

Once I'm done though expect them to be up on here for download! 

And just to keep it going, Celtic home kit done. Over the next week or so when I get time I'll look to put together some keeper kit packs. The first one will be the available 26/27 Scottish Premiership ones that have been released so far.

So since @BassyBoyYT has managed to get goalkeeper kits working I've been playing around this afternoon. First crack was to recreate the 2026/2027 Aberdeen goalkeeper kit. 

I think it came out okay for a first bash. 

I swear you're just wanting to give the kit makers more graphic work to do…

As always, my mental file structure caused me some head scratching but got there! 

Guess I should start making some keeper kit packs then… 👀

I'll give his a look and see how I get on. Once I've got it then I can start making some goalkeeper kit packs, I like to make sure it is simple for other users to just drop them straight into their kits folder and they work.

Now, the big question if it's possible. I did try a little bit but couldn't get it to work, but again, likely something I'm missing. 

My main kits folder is like this: 

Then you go into each country and it's broken down into leagues then into 2D and 3D folders. All works fine. 

How would I go about putting my goalkeeper kits in the relevant country/league etc. folders? I did make an attempt and edited the config to point to this kits folder but it didn't seem to work. 

Got it working, that was 100% on me, my bad! 

I knew I needed to change the root in the config but changed the wrong line.

Now I can get to work on GK kits. 

There's something I'm missing here as I can't get the club working at all. Still just defaults to the generic one. 

I suspect it's a folder hierarchy situation as my graphics folder isn't on my C: drive but on my D: along with the game install. So I think there's something funky going on there.

Wooo! Just downloaded the update and installing it as we speak. 

Dumb question but I noticed in the 3D club config it looks the same as normal squad except instead of just saying /home/ it's /goalkeeper home/.

So my question - Would it work with them all in the same 3D kit folder. So theoretically I could have.

As my images in the folder then in the config have something like this:

Just to make things tidier, or would you recommend having the GK as separate folder and file structure within my kits folder?

I can't confirm or deny if these kits work with Mac OS, I don't own a Mac so I can't test or find out. I suspect the main mod to allow these kits to show won't work though but as I say, I can't say for sure.

These files are just Photoshop/.PSD files to allow you to create your own kits. You will need some kind of image editing software like Photoshop although I believe .PSD files can be opened with some other bits of software but I'm not 100% sure on what ones, hopefully somebody will chime in here!

Custom GK kits is something I've been wanting since I started doing my own custom kits back in like FM 2012 😂. If you get this to work you'll be an absolute hero! I'm also happy to lend a hand testing it if you need!

Does this work with regular teams?

You can't have 2D and 3D kits running like that in the same folder as the config.xml file conflicts with each other. 

You need a separate 3D folder like I posted above.

Once you've got that working then as for the FM Creator kits, you'll need to make sure you've added them to that 3D kits config.xml file with their corresponding team IDs etc.
