These files are just Photoshop/.PSD files to allow you to create your own kits. You will need some kind of image editing software like Photoshop although I believe .PSD files can be opened with some other bits of software but I'm not 100% sure on what ones, hopefully somebody will chime in here!

Custom GK kits is something I've been wanting since I started doing my own custom kits back in like FM 2012 😂. If you get this to work you'll be an absolute hero! I'm also happy to lend a hand testing it if you need!

Does this work with regular teams?

You can't have 2D and 3D kits running like that in the same folder as the config.xml file conflicts with each other. 

You need a separate 3D folder like I posted above.

Once you've got that working then as for the FM Creator kits, you'll need to make sure you've added them to that 3D kits config.xml file with their corresponding team IDs etc.

Basically what that is doing is telling the game to stop using the ‘official’ path for the National Kits and use this new one instead. 

Right, I'm at my PC now so can maybe be a little more helpful. 

One thing I have clocked is you are using OneDrive, do other custom kits work fine in there? I've got mine saved locally so I can't confirm if it'll work through a OneDrive link.

Second thing is what is inside that ‘international kits’ folder?

Is it just the images of the 3D kits and the config file? Or have you just copied in my ‘Nations' folder as a whole? 

The config file in the mod must point directly to where the images are. Here is my setup:

You can get the exact file path you need by going into the folder with the images and clicking on the top banner where it'll then highlight. Then it's just a case of copy/paste.

 The exact path is wherever you've put the folder.

All my pack is is the same idea as any regular team kits. The only difference is you'll need that mod to tell the game to point to that folder.

If it doesn't work in friendly games then it's an issue with that mod either the mod itself or how you've configured it.

That would be down to the initial mod I reckon. Seems others have an issue with friendly matches.

That mod tells the game to use the assigned folder for National Teams. The folder structure isn't TOO important as long as you point the mod to right folder.

Bit of a dumb question but I assume the setup in the folder for the 3D kits will just be the same config file wise? 

I ask because as there's no national team kit pack I was going to put one together by seeing if I can just rip the .bundle files from the existing game so at least we'd have the World Cup 26 teams to get us started.

Good news, they can be ripped easily enough.

I have managed to rip the 3D and 2D kits, I just need to sort the config files so expect the World Cup kits to be uploaded some point today!

Just thought I'd update everyone in here. 

They have confirmed the kits only work for the World Cup 2026, not any other tournament and from what I can infer from the comment they won't work on upcoming World Cups in your save either, strictly 2026 only. 

The licensed kits are only available during the 2026 World Cup, not before or after.

Seems like a really stupid decision but I'm sure they have their reasons. 

@BassyBoyYT - Hey man, I raised this before but not sure if it's gotten lost in all the comments.

I noticed that a few Scottish stadium bundles appear to be missing and as such aren't loading in game.

As far as I understand the team_mappings.txt file is what assigns the stadium ID to the custom stadium. So in the case of say Dundee it states 102622: dundee.bundle which is the Dundee stadium ID and then calls up the dundee.bundle file which is in the CustomStadium folder.

The only issue is there is no dundee.bundle in the stadium folder, I've clocked this with a few other Scottish stadiums. These ones:

Just want to check I'm not being stupid. 

My understanding is the team_mappings file basically tells the game which .bundle file to assign to the relevant stadium ID? 

So for example - 12345:aberdeen.bundle tells the game to assign the ingame stadium ID that is 12345 to the aberdeen.bundle file so it loads that .bundle file? 

In the list I noticed you have Kilmarnock in the mappings file but no Kilmarnock .bundle file and as such no custom stadium appears to load for Kilmarnock.

This was an issue on an older version. There's a rogue ID issue, go to:

1. …\steamapps\common\Football Manager 26\BepInEx\plugins\CrowdInjectV3\Kits
2. At the bottom you should see a text file called “kit_mappings.txt” - Open it
3. Press CTRL+F and look for 1570 And you should see in the list a line that says: 1570: Scotland/St Mirren (attached screenshot)
4. Change the ‘St Mirren’ part to ‘Rangers’ (attached screenshot)
5. Save and restart the game.

I've never actually done women's kits yet I assume it's just the same.

As far as I'm aware the answer is no. I don't believe custom kits and leagues can be added to the console version of the game (hopefully someone can fully confirm).

In there is the asset bundle which has the Paris FC 3D kits in the folder marked ‘assets’, I also made a copy of the Paris kits and put them separately too so it's easier for you to get them if that is all you were needing.

You've definitely missed something. 

Those leagues are now officially licenced so the game comes with those kits already so there's no real point to making them.

Don't need to as the game ships with officially licensed Prem, Championship, L1, and L2 kits.  

Shameless plug but I have recently done the Highland League and Lowland League kits though.

Just letting you know it is done and released as of this morning so it is no longer a WIP! 🙂

Not sure if this is the best place for this but looking for a bit of help sourcing some images. 

I'm working on a kit pack for the Scottish Lowland League, according to the FM database they have 3 x kits, I have got my reference images for the home and away but I can't seem to see anything relating to this third kit that is listed. 

The database seems to suggest it's red and white. Any ideas? Anybody happen to know what the kit looks like? I'm tempted to just email the club directly in a hopeful attempt haha.
