Just because a cut is marked as completed doesn't mean it'll be added to the megapack. All it means is that, at first glance, it seems acceptable. Keep in mind we have dozens of packs released every day with hundreds of images. They are reviewed offline and whichever are improvements then get added.

@Spiddi, please pay more attention when moving collars.
