That shouldn't be the case. Can you give us a screenshot of what you're seeing when downloading it?

 

At the end I was able to download the file in the slow mode from Sourtitoutsi , but in all the 2 links for download it in the old style don't start automatically , it open only or for download Opera or open a dangerous web pages but don't download nothing in the 2 case

Why is impossible download the last change file ? in all the link is possible only if we pay ?

Hello at all I use kits from FM23 and Fm22 togheter , all work percect , the only that don't work aree the Brasilian Kits 

can someone help me ?
