Heads up, I am having attempts to start a new save crash the game, this real name fix is the only fan made addon I use, my save game still works so I think it could only be down to this version not working with the new database, will try it after it is updated later.

Yes, I don't have the 9 files in there either

 

He is still working on it, last time the file was updated was 20/10, Mons said he was going out so I am guessing it will be done after 20:00.

Yes, i can confirm that too. Real Name Fix is working from beta.

 

Beta will still work, the next release has a lot more name fixes and corrections that are not possible during beta, as you need the pre game editor to create these fixes. Why people are waiting for the updated fix.

I've taken on board most everything, but a fix I did for Flick not appearing is not working properly, so it'll need further testing. Got a couple of other possibilities to resolve it but they may take a bit of time or they may not. Just a heads-up đź‘Ť

What is coming in version 1.2 is it just the Ajax manager fix and Hansi Flick being German national team coach?

Found an error with stadiums, don't know if it is possible for you to fix it too: Cruzeiro, from Brazil second tier, have “Arena do Jacaré”, when the correct one should be “Mineirão”.

 

That may be a SI issue not a real name fix

To fix Juventus we must wait the release of the patch and start a new save right? 

 

Need to add the real name fix to the new patch for launch yes, Every time they do a major version patch need to add the real name fix but when it is just a hotfix patch you don't

Anyone knows what exactly will change from the real name fix that’s available to download now and the one that’s in the works? And, would starting a game with the current one and then eventually apply the new one work, or would one need to start a new game once the new one is out?

 

He will be adding the editor data which will fix the Brazil club names and matches the right colours to the right clubs in Brazil and a few places, if you are not fussed about that start a new save.
