You should have one folder and one folder only, overwriting the images and config file when prompted

Just download Winrar and extract the file with it


I am having a mare with this face pack. Now extracted all images, they're sat in graphics, in a sortitoutsi folder, then faces. Config file is present and all faces are viewable. I've reloaded skin and cleared cache in game and still not getting the faces in the game. I have noticed that the standard shadow picture which is on all player profiles is no longer present.

Any suggestions now? Sorry to be a pain.

That's definitely not right. It should take a while, but not that long.

What program(s) did you try to extract the file with?


I've been using RAR Utility downloaded from the App Store. Should i download the file again through a torrent as it's has just been downloaded through Safari thus far. Could you direct me to a suitable torrent to download it through?

Thanks, i gave up first time round, and have re-downloaded it, and had been 'preparing' for a good few hours. Leaving it overnight now, fingers crossed.


Still 'preparing'... any suggestions? Left it overnight, plan on leaving this morning too to see.

It should definitely take a wee while. Extracting an 8GB file tends to do that Leave it overnight. If it still hasn't extracted, then there's definitely an issue...

How big is the file that you have managed to download? Try extracting it with the Mac version of Winrar


Thanks, managed to extract the smaller icons, but the full player faces pack i've downloaded on here is 8gb. Trying to extract that and all it says it preparing, and has done for a few hours. Should it take this long or shall download again?

I'm trying to get this on my Mac... any tips and is it compatible? I've already got a premier league face pack working in game, and followed the same process for the cut out mega pack and i can't get them to appear. The file downloaded i can't open and view content.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
