It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Using WinRar it extracted quite a few faces (some are missing). But at one point I got a message that the 'header was corrupt' or something to that effect.
I'll play for now, there are enough faces in there to make it enjoyable!

Your download was corrupted probably because some connection errors,bad internet etc.This file is huge,and browser's integrated download manager is poor when dealing with massive files.You need some specialized download manager which is able to resume broken downloads,and could even speed up your download.Try Internet Download Manager or some similar program.Google "download manager" or something like that.

You're probably right. Going to give it another go with internet download manager (even though Firefox does also resume broked Downloads I think). (On my brother's laptop it worked perfectly fine so now I see he's got all the faces I want them too haha

When I booted the game up for the first time, they defo had pictures.
Done my usual > megapack, then extract the faces (usually just for Scottish teams), and they're not there?
Noticed a few wee issues as well (like Jason Cummings have wrong face, etc.), but weird that they've disappeared...

How big is the file that you have managed to download? Try extracting it with the Mac version of Winrar

Thanks, managed to extract the smaller icons, but the full player faces pack i've downloaded on here is 8gb. Trying to extract that and all it says it preparing, and has done for a few hours. Should it take this long or shall download again?

fmXML automatically generates a line of code for every image contained in the folder it is tasked to. So, either the face isn't actually there or the file extension of the image is incorrect. The cut-out extension needs to be .png. PNG and jpg won't work.

I've been using RAR Utility downloaded from the App Store. Should i download the file again through a torrent as it's has just been downloaded through Safari thus far. Could you direct me to a suitable torrent to download it through?

Just bought FM16 and added the complete new facepack.
I was wondering why the faces of players like Phil Jones, Memphis Depay, Ashley Young, Josh Stones, Jordan Henderson, Kolo Toure and Mamahdou Sakho(+much more) aren't showing up!
Those players all had faces in the 2015 version of the facepack.
Anyone else with the same problem? Or anyone knows a fix for it?

Might have found the problem, my folder contains 127.569 files. This should be around 155.000 right?
This is strange while the page of the MP says it should be that amount, but I just clicked on download full pack.
Maybe a problem while downloading?

I am having a mare with this face pack. Now extracted all images, they're sat in graphics, in a sortitoutsi folder, then faces. Config file is present and all faces are viewable. I've reloaded skin and cleared cache in game and still not getting the faces in the game. I have noticed that the standard shadow picture which is on all player profiles is no longer present.
Any suggestions now? Sorry to be a pain.
