Did you do the workaround in the first post mentioned in the thread title?

I had but only for the 2620 file but my save is from initial database so I needed to do it with in the 2600 file so it was just me being stupid. Thanks for the quick response.

For some reason Napoli isn't changing name. All other teams have gotten their names from what I can see, and even the stadium has changed to Stadio Diego Armando Maradona but the actual team Napoli is still Parthenope.
