Don't confuse matters please mate. The folder structure is perfectly fine.

Now @Burton Brewer, can you right-click on the faces folder, choose properties and take a screenshot of the ensuing screen? Also, the properties of the file you've downloaded would help too.

What exactly are you trying to download? Be specific.

There's no way you've downloaded the full megapack, all 17gb of it, in the few minutes since we've started speaking.

so I create a file called pictures in graphics then a file called faces in pictures? then put the faces and iconfaces in there?

Yes, but separate for faces and icon faces

pictures should have all your kits, faces, balls, adverts etc in

To be precise, it's Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2022 / graphics.

It can be anywhere within that folder.

sorry I don't know how to do a screenshot the file says it is 346 MB (362,957,454 bytes)

The filepath should be

fm22/graphics/pictures/faces

do as above but replace faces to icon faces

home kit ok, but the away this year is awful, and previous versions of burgundy / lilac-not Leeds colours
