Yes I remember reading that, the difference between version 1.3 and 1.4 is that the U23 name change takes place in the editor file in 1.3 and in the LNC file in 1.4.

The problem with Juventus/Zebre U23 is that the "city, club and stadium names" file got the name change. If you start a game with that then the bug will appear. But if you "comment" (#) these lines before and "uncomment" after then it should be fine..
