Yes, but there's no point to do that now. Many kits are missing, or half finished, some are plain wrong (like blue Fylde home kit).
If you're interested in Croatian league, only Dinamo has real kits.

I'm looking for a helper, who could do research on lower English leagues (levels 8 and 9) and provide me with match pictures and links to galleries. Currently I'm doing it myself, but it takes almost the same amount of time as the actual kit making. Also, I found that to be really tedious and boring, so there's even more delay until I force myself to browse for pictures.

Has anyone had trouble with kits reverting to generic in cup competitions? The kits are normal in league play, but they change in game when in all cups. The opponents kit on the screen doesn't change though. Is it a bug or a problem with a certain config file?

It's not a bug, it most likely licencing issue. Almost all big teams who qualified for EU competitions are affected. If you go to the editor and check colours and kit section of affected clubs, you'll see that they have multiple shirts (and other kit items) assigned. So, for example, one shirt will be assigned to cup, other to championship league and so on. You have to remove all items that are assigned to a competition, and leave only items that have no competition at all assigned to them. For careers in progress you can use in-game editor for that.

Unless anyone else wants to do the kits for 3.Liga I can certainly try, but it will probably take me a while to make them all. I think bolid or A11_smithy made templates for some kit brands like Nike (Hansa Rostock, SV Meppen, Münster manufacturer for example) which will make it a lot easier for me!

I just released Premier league psd files. There are several Nike kits there, prehaps they could be of use to you.
