Isthmian leagues north and south (English level 8) are now completed and available for download. Half of it is in high-res.
With these two leagues I have completed all english leagues down to level 8, plus 4 more of level 9.

bolid74, Yes I'm using that kit pack (level 8). So I just delete Hereford home and away lines from Southern League West SS'17-18 config then. And everything so be okay then?.

I only figured that out because I made the same mistake when I forgot to delete Brighton lines from Championship config this season :-)

I'm asking because there is a known config error in one of Southern level 8 leagues (not made by me). Don't confuse it with level 7.
Hereford lines were left there from last season (they were promoted this year). Just delete those lines and restart game.

Was really looking for the Combined Counties if anything. I recall someone doing it (level 9) years ago but I have no clue where it is, and it'd be massively outdated anyhow.

Well, there is a small chance that I will do it. I still plan to do one or two more level 9 leagues

3rd kits for Aston Villa, Bolton, Brentford and Fulham are missing for now because I was unable to confirm that they actually played in them. If any of you find match pictures where those kits can be seen, feel free to PM me.

when I have tried putting them in the file to replace the ones from last season, they don’t show up. I presumed they would need a new config file and putting in a new pack?

It's strange because in theory last year configs should work fine (except you have to add or delete clubs who got promoted and relegated).
But anyway, you can take config from my SS championship pack. Just edit all lines so that you replace kits with kit_textures

And obviously you must name kit files exactly as they're named in config.

I hope to finish it in 7 days. But I don't see why can't you start the save, you have 90% of kits available.

One final question. On the fix, when you remove all the kits in the editor, is it ok to leave the icons that are not assigned to a competition or do you have to remove them all?

You can leave all items that have no competition assigned to them. I personaly find it more convinient to remove all and then add kits.

I'm afraid that was the best I could do for you and I'm sorry if it didn't worked. Perhaps there is some other problem which you forgot to mention, and I can't think of it. As you could see on my screenshots, problem indeed exists for everyone who installs custom made kits for top leagues with no licence, like England or Spain. And it was sorted (at least on my PC) by deleting kit items and creating new basic ones with editor or in game editor. Perhaps you can try in preferences to delete cache and reload skin.

To best of my knowledge, the only way you can't see kits in SOME competitions is when in editor multiple kits are created for various competition. That is the case for top English and Spanish teams (and some others probably). If you mess up installation of custom made kits, you simply can't see them at all. This why your case is puzzling so I'm tempted to assume that there was a funny error somewhere on your part when you made these steps as described here. There is also a small chance that in game editor bugged. Try new save, change kits and holyday fast to first cup game. See if it works.
