There is no download link because the 20/21 pack is not done yet.
At this point of season, new kits are posted as individual files. You first have to install last season pack and then you grab these kits and save them as png files and overwrite the old kits from 19/20 pack. You'll also have to edit kit colors with in-game editor. More in detail in this video:

Sorry, but not only these are unique designs that I have not seen and done before, these are also very bad CGI graphics and therefore not a kit making material.
At this point I'm only making low level kits if they use known design that I already made.

Yes, actually I made 181 English 20/21 kits so far, you can find them all in official SS kits topic on page 203, with links to 3D versions (if made)
