Please keep in mind this will not work in FM20, or to be more precise, kits with one colour like Milan third will work fine, and on others you might notice socks and shorts a bit out of place.
In order to finish this file before FM20 I had to make several teams as simple kits (more like SI style), with no details except sponsors, and Jroberts and Chris were kind enough to contribute with 4 teams. Also, several 3rd kits are missing but I hope to finish at least some of them before FM20 beta is out. I'm aware that this pack is a bit rushed and not polished like my other packs but many people had trouble installing individual files so this pack now may serve as a base that can be updated later.

I'd hate to leave a pack unfinished so I will create simple placeholder kits, in SI style, for remaining 40% teams. I'm also asking fellow kit makers who'd like to help to have a go at some of these teams so I can include as many real kits as possible. Chris was kind enough to let me pack his Napoli and Lazio kits, so if any of you can make some of following kits, I'll put them in final pack:

I can now confirm that 3d texture layout will be different.
However, it's NOT totally different like between FM17 and FM18. The position and size of all kit parts is roughly the same so it should be possible to convert FM19 kits by moving parts around. Socks are moved up by half of their size and shorts fronts and back are swapped. Collar is also moved slightly to left.
Since sponsored areas are on same positions, simple FM19 kits with not much details on shorts and socks will work fine.
There's also another thing for users that were playing non-licenced kits using default kits; in 2D screen you were able to pick a shirt and on the back you could display it as same as front, or plain, or box behind number. But whatever you picked, in 3D match you could only have same as front. This is now fixed and all 3 variants exist in game files.

I'm afraid that only solution for you is to take the name from NE pack and google it to see how that shirt looks. Then you can compare it to 2D kits and rename files. It's not great, I agree, but I make my own sets of 2D and 3D templates and I opted to name files not by number but by shirt name. It's much easier to later google some shirt with known name than figuring out how to find pictures of shirt no. 253, for example.
