I use win10 pc and FM21 beta

Hi, I downloaded 35.90gb torrent pack, after that I extract all files into graphics folder, then I overwrite the config.xml file from above link. I did everything properly but nothing is visible. I can't see any of background pictures in the game.

Help me please what am I missing?
